Activity: A SketchAs my sight disappeared I entered a whole new world, on of the shadows, like the blind. I must manage my way in this world with my other senses, in particular my sense of hearing and touch. I know this because I am somewhere remote, a forest was nearby and I don’t intend on tasting anything and not too much will stand out to my nose, it smells of the wood, in particular the pines that are close by. As I slowly wander in what direction I think is northeast the texture of the earth changes, there is more debris of sorts on the ground, mostly small twigs and sticks but I kick the occasional large branch, but it doesn’t botheActivity: A Sketch

To what we owe the Greeks Pt 1So the other day I was thinking, and I realized that modern day society (or most of it) owes history more than it would care to admit. For whatever reason, I remember that democracy, one of the “western treasures” really began in Ancient Greece.
